Online booking system for service businesses

Rezio is an online booking and appointment system for salons and other service businesses. Clients choose a service and a free time slot on your website, via a booking link or in the Rezio app, and the booking appears in your business calendar straight away.

Admins and staff work in one day calendar with a column for every staff member, and clients get a reminder before the visit. It runs in the browser on computer, tablet and phone - in Latvian, English and Russian.

Bookings around the clock

Clients book on your website or via a booking link outside working hours too - no calls or message threads.

Calendar with staff columns

The whole day in one view. Drag a booking to another time; the system will not let one staff member be booked by two clients at the same time.

Client reminders

Email and push reminders are included in the price; an SMS reminder about 24 hours before the visit can be switched on in the dashboard.

Client records

Visit history and notes for every client. If the preferred time is taken, the client can be added to a waiting list.

Schedules and access

Shifts, days off and permissions: by default staff see their own bookings, the owner sees the whole business.

Multiple locations

Several salons in one account; a branch admin sees only their own branch.
