SMS appointment reminders for your clients
Rezio automatically sends the client an SMS reminder about 24 hours before the visit - nothing has to be sent by hand. The business switches SMS reminders on or off in the dashboard and pays for them separately by usage.
Email and push reminders to clients are included in the subscription price.
How reminders work in Rezio
Daytime only
SMS are sent between 8:00 and 21:00, so clients are not disturbed at night.
Switch on when needed
SMS are off by default; switch them on in the dashboard notification settings.
Email and push included
Email and push reminders come with the subscription at no extra cost.
In the client's language
Messages to clients are in Latvian, Russian or English.

Frequently asked questions
When does the client get the SMS reminder?
About 24 hours before the visit, between 8:00 and 21:00. If the booking is made for today or tomorrow, no SMS reminder is sent.
How much do SMS reminders cost?
SMS are billed separately by usage - per message segment sent. Email and push reminders are included in the subscription price.
Can SMS reminders be switched off?
Yes. The business switches SMS reminders on or off in the dashboard; they are off by default.
